• A login cookie for our staff only, which keeps them signed in to the admin area. Visitors never receive it.
• Your browser's temporary storage (session storage) keeps your chat open while you move between pages, and remembers that you have seen the chat prompt. It is cleared when you close the tab, and it stays on your device.

These are needed for the website to work, so we do not show a cookie banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Our fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts.

A video from YouTube loads only when you press play. YouTube may then store information on your device under its own policies. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own policies.

You can clear or block cookies and stored data in your browser's settings. The website will still work, though the chat may forget your conversation between pages.

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
