How to cancel an admission

A student or parent who wants to cancel an admission must submit a written refund request, along with the fee receipt and the student's details. Please hand it in at our centre, or call +91 93461 93397 or +91 99660 08581, or email Admin.2026@Akiran.com to ask how to send it.

When a refund applies

  • Before classes start: a refund may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
  • After classes start: the refund, if any, is calculated based on the classes attended and the study materials provided.
  • Registration fees, admission processing fees and study material charges are non-refundable.

When a refund does not apply

Refunds are not given in these cases:

  • non-attendance after admission
  • discontinuing the course without written notice
  • violation of the institute's rules and regulations
  • completing a substantial part of the course
  • scholarship, promotional or special offer admissions, where these are specifically marked as non-refundable

How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 30 working days.
  • Refunds are paid only to the bank account given by the student or parent.
  • We may ask for further documents to verify the request.

Moving to another batch

Students may ask to move to another batch or programme. This depends on seat availability and approval from the management.
