This website is run by Akiran Career Institute. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Akiran Career Institute, and "you" means the student, parent or guardian using the website or joining a course. Our registered office is in Dwarakanagar, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please use the website with a parent or guardian.

We try to keep course details, class timings, fees, scholarships and facilities accurate and up to date, but they can change and mistakes can happen. Please confirm the details that matter to you with a counsellor before you pay any fee. What we confirm in writing at admission, such as on your admission form or fee receipt, takes priority over this website.

Exam dates, patterns, syllabus and eligibility are set by the exam bodies, not by us. Please check them with the exam body concerned.

Requesting a callback or attending counselling is free and does not commit you to joining. A callback request is not an admission and does not reserve a seat. Please give correct details, and only give someone else's details if you are allowed to. See our privacy policy for how we use them.

• Admission is confirmed only when we have accepted your admission form and the fee due at admission, and given you a receipt.
• Seats, batches and hostel places depend on availability.
• Fees, instalment dates and any scholarship that applies to you are the ones confirmed at admission. Please keep your receipts.
• Scholarships and concessions have their own conditions, which we will explain before you accept them.
• If you leave a course, our fee and refund policy applies.

We may change class timings, teachers, batch groupings or the venue of a class where we need to. We will tell you about important changes as early as we reasonably can. Requests to move to another batch or programme depend on seat availability and approval from the management.

Students must follow the rules of the institute and treat teachers, staff and other students with respect. Ragging, bullying, harassment, violence, cheating and damage to property are not allowed. We may suspend or end the admission of a student who seriously or repeatedly breaks the rules. Please report any concern using our grievance page.

You need your own device and a working internet connection to attend online classes. Any login we give you is for the enrolled student only and must not be shared. Classes, recordings, tests and study material must not be copied, recorded, shared or resold.

Coaching helps students prepare, but results depend on many things, including the student's own effort. We do not guarantee any rank, marks, seat or selection. Please read our disclaimer.

The text, photographs, logos, model papers and other material on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may download and use model papers for your own study. You may not republish, sell or use our material commercially without our written permission.

Please do not submit false enquiries, try to get into the admin area or other people's data, overload or disrupt the website, or collect content from it automatically. Our website chat gives automated answers and can make mistakes, so please confirm anything important with a counsellor.

Our website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, YouTube and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We provide this website as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. The fees and refund terms that apply to an admission are those in force on the date of that admission, unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first, using the steps on our grievance page, since most problems can be solved that way. If a dispute remains, it will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction over our registered office. This does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission or any other authority the law allows.
